Detox!

We need to take care of our body.
 Our life is so stressful and we never have time to take care of our self.
The best way to take off every bad energy from our body is:
  • Go to sleep early,
  • Workout 
  • Stop eating junk food 
  • Drink detox tea! 

I found a great detox solution to prepare at home:

hot water, lemon and a tea-spoon of honey.
